Subject: [PATCH] disklabel(8) no longer touches bootstrap code so stop
 mentioning it. The MD writedisklabel() function ensures the disklabel does
 not intrude on bootstraps.

Add a Xr to installboot(8), which does bootstrappy stuff these days.
