add 'machine check' trap for Pentium and PPro cpus.
no special handler for it. i guess there will be rare cases when
you receive it, and then you should repair your cpu, since
it happens on internal cpu error.

is no patch from 0.5.19 to 0.5.20 - so i did it by diffing two gcc trees
looking carefully at the results
what does the new g77 give us:
