since it's unlikely that i'll get away with changing fortune's real usage to
the string below (unfortunately), settle for making it more realistic: Usage->usage

  -Usage: fortune -P [] -a [xsz] [Q: [file]] [rKe9] -v6[+] dataspec ... inputdir
