I finally got around to doing this :-) X-Git-Url: http://artulab.com/gitweb/?a=commitdiff_plain;h=0fcaeec54455c396488fa2337b841ae5f561e132;p=openbsd Add support for PCI NE2000 clones. I finally got around to doing this :-) Tested on alpha, should work on i386 as well. Note that we treat a PCI NE2000 as a 16-bit card for now since the driver can not deal with > 16 bit cards. To fix this isa16bit in ed_softc needs to be changed to bus_width (in bytes). I plan to do this as part of the split ed driver. --- diff --git a/sys/arch/alpha/conf/files.alpha b/sys/arch/alpha/conf/files.alpha index 5a13c589bb4..1cf6b09ffc8 100644 --- a/sys/arch/alpha/conf/files.alpha +++ b/sys/arch/alpha/conf/files.alpha @@ -1,4 +1,4 @@ -# $OpenBSD: files.alpha,v 1.10 1997/03/25 08:00:43 niklas Exp $ +# $OpenBSD: files.alpha,v 1.11 1997/04/13 04:52:33 millert Exp $ # $NetBSD: files.alpha,v 1.32 1996/11/25 04:03:21 cgd Exp $ # # alpha-specific configuration info @@ -169,7 +169,8 @@ file arch/alpha/isa/vga_isa.c vga_isa needs-flag device ed: ether, ifnet attach ed at isa with ed_isa attach ed at pcmcia with ed_pcmcia -file dev/isa/if_ed.c ed & (ed_isa | ed_pcmcia) needs-flag +attach ed at pci with ed_pci +file dev/isa/if_ed.c ed & (ed_isa | ed_pcmcia | ed_pci) needs-flag # # EISA Bus support diff --git a/sys/arch/i386/conf/files.i386 b/sys/arch/i386/conf/files.i386 index 33d777020f7..806db4d9598 100644 --- a/sys/arch/i386/conf/files.i386 +++ b/sys/arch/i386/conf/files.i386 @@ -1,4 +1,4 @@ -# $OpenBSD: files.i386,v 1.30 1997/02/13 23:31:33 niklas Exp $ +# $OpenBSD: files.i386,v 1.31 1997/04/13 04:52:33 millert Exp $ # $NetBSD: files.i386,v 1.73 1996/05/07 00:58:36 thorpej Exp $ # # new style config file for i386 architecture @@ -166,7 +166,8 @@ file arch/i386/isa/spkr.c spkr needs-flag device ed: ether, ifnet attach ed at isa with ed_isa attach ed at pcmcia with ed_pcmcia -file dev/isa/if_ed.c ed & (ed_isa | ed_pcmcia) needs-flag +attach ed at pci with ed_pci +file dev/isa/if_ed.c ed & (ed_isa | ed_pcmcia | ed_pci) needs-flag # Game adapter (joystick) device joy diff --git a/sys/dev/isa/if_ed.c b/sys/dev/isa/if_ed.c index 42670bbac83..e5ccbf4f7a9 100644 --- a/sys/dev/isa/if_ed.c +++ b/sys/dev/isa/if_ed.c @@ -1,4 +1,4 @@ -/* $OpenBSD: if_ed.c,v 1.27 1997/03/20 23:59:58 niklas Exp $ */ +/* $OpenBSD: if_ed.c,v 1.28 1997/04/13 04:52:31 millert Exp $ */ /* $NetBSD: if_ed.c,v 1.105 1996/10/21 22:40:45 thorpej Exp $ */ /* @@ -167,6 +167,11 @@ struct cfdriver ed_cd = { #define ETHER_MAX_LEN 1518 #define ETHER_ADDR_LEN 6 +#define NIC_PUT(t, bah, nic, reg, val) \ + bus_space_write_1((t), (bah), ((nic) + (reg)), (val)) +#define NIC_GET(t, bah, nic, reg) \ + bus_space_read_1((t), (bah), ((nic) + (reg))) + #if NED_PCMCIA > 0 #include @@ -362,10 +367,171 @@ ed_pcmcia_detach(self) #endif -#define NIC_PUT(t, bah, nic, reg, val) \ - bus_space_write_1((t), (bah), ((nic) + (reg)), (val)) -#define NIC_GET(t, bah, nic, reg) \ - bus_space_read_1((t), (bah), ((nic) + (reg))) +#if NED_PCI > 0 + +#include +#include +#include + +#define PCI_PRODUCT_NE2000 0x8029 +#define PCI_CBIO 0x10 /* Configuration Base IO Address */ + +int ed_pci_match __P((struct device *, void *, void *));
