Hook up installboot(8) tests on sparc64

Default tests (USE_SOFTRAID=Yes, NDISKS='1 2') pass except for '-r mnt',
as mentioned (fix pending).

USE_SOFTRAID=no and/or NDISKS=1 make '-r mnt' work.
