Use ENTRY_NB() instead of ENTRY()

Since llvm 13, there are compiler warnings in libm on amd64 and i386 due
to .weak overriding an earlier .globl. Use ENTRY_NB() instead of ENTRY()
to avoid emitting the .globl.
