Remove intermediate copy of the moduli file.  "make" will rebuild any
missing moduli fragment files (which will be a no-op unless you have
explicitly deleted them) and "make update-moduli" will update the
main file under ${BSDSRCDIR}/etc/moduli.  ok djm@
